The HARRP Board of Directors formed HARRP Agency Insurance Services, Inc. in 1997 to respond to member requests for lines of coverage that were not permitted by HARRP's charter. HARRP Agency can broaden HARRP's coverage plus add new lines of coverage such as flood, earthquake, and environmental exposures by arranging the purchase of policies of commercial insurance. HARRP Agency can provide this broadened range of coverages for HARRP Member-owned operations as well as operations in which HARRP Members have a participating insurance interest. Insurable interests of HARRP's members can include tax credit partnerships, non profits, and other related operations and developments.

HARRP Agency Insurance Services, Inc. is co-owned by HARRP and its members and is headquartered in HARRP's office facility. It is licensed to sell Property, Casualty and Disability coverages in the states of Washington, Oregon and California.
